Why Excel Falls Short for Managing DOT Drug and Alcohol Programs

Many of the drug and alcohol program managers that I speak to manage their programs on Excel. While Excel has its use cases, it can be inefficient for managing a Department of Transportation (DOT) drug and alcohol program for several reasons:
